Description:
This is the mount that I had made for my blazer to hold 4 lights and the CB Antenna. Idea was to keep whole thing within the existing stock rails.

View from front. I used KC Hilighters; 2 ATP pattern in center and 2 flood pattern on outside. They came with bright yellow standard colored plastic covers, but I opted to paint them flat black and continue the alien/green motiff of my antennee ball.

View from side. You must maintain about 1 1/2" spacing from lowest point on center bar, if you have a sunroof like I do, to allow for clearance when it is opened.

The base feet for mounting to the existing rail feet, copied from kiwiblazer. 3/16" sheet metal cut to shape of opening in existing rail feet and extended on the inside to accomodate the mount and support tube behind it. Plate must be bent slightly as the existing rail feet are not perfectly flat where the mounting bolts go in. You could use the existing torx bolts, but I opted to get a slightly longer allen-head style to accomodate the thickness of the plate and adding in a lock washer.
