This is my Blazer beater. I've wanted a 4x4 since I was 10 years old, and finally bought my Blazer to replace my commuter Honda in 2008. I've loved it ever since, even though I've had to spend too much on repairs and upkeep. I had thought about trading it in for a commuter car again since I moved to the city, but I decided to make it more off-road worthy instead, and am now looking for decent areas near Edmonton to wheel.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Hypertech Max Energy programmer
ZR2 rear axle with 3.73 gears & G80.
ZR2 3.73 front Diff
Suspension Modifications:
1.5" T-Bar crank
2" Pro-Comp long Add-a-Leaf
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grappler AT on Camaro SS 17x9" rims. Using these rims is not easy. Check my build thread or TrippleBlackBlazer's for details.
1.25" wheel spacers on the front to make it even with the ZR2 rear axle and to make the Camaro wheels fit with 6.8" backspacing.
