Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
This my daily driver. My wife and I take it up in the mountains every other weekend to enjoy some off-roading, up to class 5 trails. We have not yet had to use the winch, but it is good to know it is there if we need it.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
New engine Jan 2011.
New upgraded trany Oct 2010.
K&N in stock airbox (cold air intake was running hot according to HP Tunners)
3 inch Manaflow Cat/Dynomax Turbo cat back
HP Tunners tweek on the ECM
Poweraid TBS (removed, waste of money)
Suspension Modifications:
Procomp short helper springs.
Rough Country lift.
Prothane/Energy Suspension bushings all around (red). Greasable shackle bolts.
Daystar shock boots and bump stops.
ZR2 T-bars
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
Summit Racing slotted and drilled front and rear rotors.
BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A KO 30/9.5 on stock rims (blacked out with PlastiDip)
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
New headlights/ custom taillights and repainted grill and roof rack, June 2012. WeatherTech floor liners. Plastidip around windows. Home made: grill guard/light bar/winch mount/Stowmaster tow bar. Aluminum skid plate over transfer case.
Future Modifications:
I will be using Plastidip on my lower trim and rear bumper. Spare tire mount from ZR2. More skid plates.
