Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
I don't drive many miles, If the roads are bad in the winter, I drive this instead of the car, I have Goodyear Wrangler on all 4 wheel, year around, I also use it to haul things, and pull a trailer, a 1969 Sterling boat trailer, with a tandem axle, I converted it, took everything off for a boat trailer, put tongue & groove flooring on it, made of "Apitong wood", a tree not grown in the USA, it has very few knots in the wood, it has at least a 12 -15ft floor, removable sides, I shortened the trailer by sliding the tongue of the trailer inside it self, slide the tandem axles back, put on 4 higher load capacity tires, load range C, Max. Load 1045 lbs @ 80 psi and stronger rims on the rear axle, I have had 3000 lbs of limestone on it, full loads of stacked firewood.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Engine 4.3, Automatic O/D, 4X4, no Modifications, both heads replaced, tune up, bent valve, 4/21/15 replace alternator, stock
Suspension Modifications:
Stock, on left rear frame of vehicle, in front of the rear spring hanger, all of the top flange of the frame is completely rusted away, it is amazing how bad the rear 1/2 of the Blazer is rusted, I had to replace all the steel brake lines, fuel line and vapor recovery lines, from the rear of the vehicle, the bolts on the back rear end cover are rust so bad, I not sure if I would be able to get them out to change the gear oil or work on the rear end, did a complete brake job on all four wheels, all new brake lines
