Tell the world a little bit about your vehicle
Plain stock - dark green metallic with black leather interior. After 21 years it's still in stock conditions. No major modifications or repairs. Running strong for some 287'000 km (make it 181'000 miles). Needs a bit reworking now.

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
Engine routing and hoses for oil cooler from/to engine and from/to cooler replaced with hydraulic lines and threaded fittings. Can be disassembled into hoses and pipes.

Air cleaner assembly and warm air induction.
MAR 2015
Air filter assy. removed, disassembled. All parts checked and corrected (dents in case). Checked function of the temperature cartridge (pre heated air inlet)
Powder coated the air filter box and cover in black. Black special heat treatment of the internal door.
New seal on the cover.

Suspension Modifications:
none - but needs a bit of adjustment. Has sagged about 1/2" on the left side.

Wheels/Tires Modifications:
none

Interior/Exterior Modifications:
Small interior mod. Made a 1" spacer over the original radio location to fit a normal Panasonic.

Exterior
Back from the body and paint shop right now - MAR 2015:
- Left front fender rust repaired
- Left front door rust repaired and damage repaired
- Left rear door minor dents repaired
- Repainting hood, left fender, left front and rear door, left rear fender.

Future Modifications:
As a project it has to step down to an Alfa Romeo Alfetta GTV 2000 from 1978. Therefore what will be done.

- Replace rear right wheel well plastic (open)

Additionally routing pulley of V-belt gets a new bearing. Pulley ready with new surface treatment. Waiting for the bearing.

Sheet metal workings to be modeled for the heat shields around the spark plugs and for the pre-heating shield. Cannot get them anymore and some parts are rusted off so I need to check on the vehicle. Tomorrow OCT/2015 I should get a sheet of stainless steel to do it.

In spring:
- Fit a trailer hitch. Got a brand new one 6'000 lbs rated from a junk yard ;). Trying to get the full 6'000 lbs towing capacity approved.
- Fit a floor board with special aluminium profiles to fix loads
- Replace fitting and hose to heating element (corrosion) Read more ยป
