Got really sick and tired of working on or having to repair a 2005 STS Caddy electrical issues, so I traded it for the X1. I was smitten several years ago when my son came home with a 2002 Black Xtreme. I started searching for an Xtreme almost a year ago, researched 20 ads and drove 4 before the X1 caught my attention. I wanted Black or Navy Blue but they all had 80,000 miles. X1 hit the radar with 51,000 and Victory Red only 45 miles away so off I went that Saturday am. Drove it home that pm and left the Caddy in Raleigh.
Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:
K&N cold air intake. Flowmaster 30 series.
Suspension Modifications:
Beltech 2102 2" drop spindle kit. Beltech 3" lowering leaf spring kit from The Suspension Source.
Wheels/Tires Modifications:
Billet Specialties 15"x7" 215/65-15 w/ 3.5" BS front, 15"x10" 295/50-15 rear w/ 4.5" BS on Cooper Cobra rubber.
Interior/Exterior Modifications:
2" cowl induction hood from Jeg's. Clear front turn lamps. Removed worn Silver pinstriping and applied Gold on body and hood with small Bowtie emblem on rear quarterpanels. Kenwood 12" Sub, Kenwood
KAC-746 amp bridged for sub w/PAC sub controller. Pioneer TS-T110 tweets, TS-A6872R doors, and TS-A6964R rears. 8 way power heated leather seats w/power lumbar for the front from a Diamond Edition Jimmy.. Installed steering wheel audio controls w/ PAC kit.
