Performance Accessories sells a body kit that doesn't allow the hitch to fit while the bumper is lifted.  I will fabricate the hitch soon to make it fit.  I also installed another whip on the left bumper.

I fixed the hitch/bumper today.  Had to cut off the hitch brackets that connected the hitch to the bumper.  That allowed me to use the body lift bumper brackets and the hitch simultaneously.  Upgraded the hitch bolts to Grade 8 5/8th bolts. Notice the other whip is installed.
