Aluminum Flange added to give the trimmed ZR2 wheel flares some structure on the front two. The flares were set in place with an adhesive caulking, then screwed through the aluminum flange to secure them in place. The rear flares didn't require any modifications.

1996 Blazer Upgraded radiator ~ When I replaced the radiator I backflushed the heater core to clean out the crud that settles in the bottom of the heater core, it seems to be the low point of the cooling system.

1996 OEM FI spider ~ was leaking and making warm starts take too long. There was also a slight misfire during highway speeds. The improved assembly ( see other photo ) kicks ass and retailed at about $450 at the dealership.
