Industrial racking is at least 14' high. You can use one rack but it's more work than it's worth. My Blazer is stock height.

I used the 2 racks because of the holes that exist on the bottom of the rack. These holes are the ones that you would anchor to the floor.

I practically did all of this by myself and it only took 15 minutes or so. I suggest that you strap the top down so no kiddies walk around and push it off. The top is very stable without the strap but to avoid someone suing you strap it down.
