Depends usually on lots of things. How worn the crank bearings are, pump health, plugged or slightly plugged oil passages, oil temp, ect. Too many to things worry about. As long as its around 20,...

I think the only 2 issues you have for boosting is compression ratio and piston ring gap/tolerance. Make sure to install a boost regulator or blow off valve to control boost pressure. Google turbo...
