Default 1996 Blazer no dim headlights

I'm having a problem with my dim lights on my 1996 Blazer. One day last week I saw that my dim was not working on the right side so I purchased a new headlight. When I went out the next day to change it. I had no dims at all.I still have my brights and my day time running lights and I did not find any blown fuses.Any advice on this problem would be very helpful. Thanks

Sealed beam or composite?

Have you checked the grounds?
