ok well any time i shut my truck off after about 10-15 sec ill hear creeking or cracking sounding like its coming from behind the radio. also starting to hear tapping while engine is on but its not the engine.

at te 50 second mark you can hear the sound..
i have a feeling this truck is guna be a money pit =(

Hey-sounds like it might be the acctuator control motor to me,but that sound usually is from the glove box area(where its located) but then again some one may have done a heater core job and not replaced all the fasteners correctly! Very common!

 

could that hurt anything?
