ABS Activation at low speed

ABS Activation at low speed
Alright I have read all the Service bulletins on this issue but I want to make sure my case relates.
My ABS does enguage at 5-6 mph while braking but my concern is that my abs light never turned on. I t became pretty dangerious so I pulled the fuse until I can correctly find the source of the issue.
I know I need to try each side with a volt meter now.
I cleaned the drivers side with no luck. Could I disconnect each side at a time and would that lead me to the source of my issues?
Heres the service bulletin.

Sounds like a match. I'm not sure if it is mentioned in the tech article, but you can also measure the resistance of the sensor. Too high of a resistance and the sensor is bad as well.

Yes sir. I need to go back though both hubs and test them now.
