So i replaced the battery and alternator recently and currently the left arm on the steering column will not engage the directionals, high beams, or hazards.

The fuses under the dash are fine, but the left turn and right turn fuses in the fuse box under the hood are not receiving power, and they are not blown.

Anybody have any idea? Did i just screw something up when playin around with the battery/alternator?
