Default Transfer Case Vacuum Switch location

I have a 99 chevy blazer and the 4wd is not working. There is a vacuum line coming from the actuator under the battery tray that was melted in half, it runs down the passenger side of the engine towards the transmission but it stops by the exhaust manifold where it burnt into. I found a diagram that shows this line should run to the vacuum switch on the transfer case. I have looked everywhere on the transfer case and cannot find the switch. My question is does anyone know where the vacuum switch is located on the 99 blazer. Or did they have an alternate location for the vacuum line to connect to l feel for certain that the vacuum line on the actuator did not run to the transfer case but l can't find the other end of the line that's burnt in half can anyone help?...

If you have the NV236 transfer case with the 4-button switch in the dash, the vacuum switch is located on the firewall near the distributor. It is an electronic vacuum switch so it should have an electrical connector as well as two vacuum lines.
