Default Vapor vent line on 4 door

Is the vapor vent connector a replacement piece for a fuel tank in the 4 door blazers? It didn't look like it would come out and I couldn't see a specific part for that either when searching. It's the small piece on the top front of the tank. Mine cracked a bit when dropping the tank out. I tried to seal it but it's leaking after I filled the tank. Thanks.

I've used JB weld for 25 years on things like that. I recently tried Q bond on a cracked radiator side tank and it worked as well.

I was able to find a used fuel tank for $40. I decided to take it complete with the fuel pump for 75. At least i'll have an extra fuel pump if needed.
