At 4K you're almost better off buying an engine from a rollover (here (http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&po=Op1&catref=C6&_ trkparms=Algo%3DMESSL&itu=SS%252BSI&from=R10&otn=2 5&mppfqy=engine&_trksid=p3984.m106&satitle=jeep&sa cat=-1%26catref%3DC6&fmmk=&fmmd=&fylo=&fyhi=&mppfqy=eng ine&sadis=200&fpos=17545&sabfmts=1&saobfmts=insif& ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&seller=1&sass=s10w arehouse&fsop=34%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compare&copag enum=1&coentrypage=search)) and building that up with a cam, heads, etc. for nice dependable DD with some kick.

Or you could do a rear mount turbo yourself for much less.

Have a read through this:
BEFORE YOU MAKE ANOTHER TURBO THREAD READ THIS! (http://www.blazerforum.com/m_82640/tm.htm)

and as you can see that kid has so many problems with a rear mount turbo

my cousin recently installed a 6 psi wynjammer supercharger in his 94 s10 for 3000$

he's had no problems with it whatsoever on his stock tranny (except for a shift kit) and stock motor
it beats the new v8 mustangs in a 1/4 mile

Whipple produces bolt on supercharger systems for 88-95 4.3, 5.0, 5.7, 7.4 TBI engines. and yes the dime 4.3 is the same as the full size, it just a little under hood creativity. hope it helps I only use Whipple.
