Default New Coolant Reservior Leaking

Hey everyone. Well I just had the intake gasket done for the second time on this truck. I decided since the old coolant bottle was filthy inside and out (even with brown crap at the bottom of it inside) and also could not see through it I was going to replace it. At $21, cheap part also. I bought the Dorman model because it was the only choice. I replace it (losing one of the nuts holding it into the truck in the process under the blower motor box) and not only are the holes misaligned and not deep enough on top for the PCM, forcing me to buy bolts that don't have pilot points (this worked fine and I got around it) but the port for the hose connecting to the radiator is thinner than the factory one and even with a 3/8" fuel injection hose clamp it sweats antifreeze. I just a few minutes ago as a band-aid put a second clamp I had sitting around just over it. Did not have this problem at all before with coolant. Has anyone had this happen before? If I have to replace this hose, which one and how long should I get? Are fuel injection clamps better than these plastic ones? I busted the one trying to remove it. Photos attached. Thanks
