Default changing oil filter

I have a 93 4x4 blazer. The oil filter is located in the left front corner behind the headlight. Its a tight spot. Does anyone know a good way to get to it?

You have to remove the airbox first. There are two thumb screws, they look like wingnuts, on the header panel that you need to remove along with a vent hose connected to the airbox and the MAF sensor plug under the intake hose just off the intake itself. Don'f forget the hoseclamp on the intake hose.

It only takes 2 minutes to get off.
