Default Shift Indicator Light Stay On?

Hi everyone,

I just brought home a 95 Blazer today and started going through it and writing down the issues and what's needed to fix them. I am wondering about the shift indicator lights in the instrument cluster though. When the key is off, and out of the truck, is the Park light supposed to stay on all the time? Mine is doing so and I'm worried about a drain on the battery because of it. While I do know that those LED's don't draw much power, could this be an indicator of another battery drain issue? I don't know for sure if it has a drain or not as I also just replaced the battery with a brand new one.

On a side note, does anyone know if there is a relay in the power seat circuit and if so, where is it located?

Thanks!!!
