1983 v6 2.8 liter idel problem

1983 v6 2.8 liter 161,246 engine was just rebuilt wont stay idles right and shuts off while taking corner the truck has just started doing this out of no where. any help and idea's would be great. this is my daily driver.
fuel filter was replaced heads intake and egr all vacuum lines are bran new this truck also has federal emissions and has a Rochester 2 barrel carb heating element is bran new under carb the only thing i haven't touched is the fuel pump.

I had that problem at one time on my 2.8L and I replaced my fuel pump, fuel filter, and tuned the carb and it fixed the problem so you might try those.

well pump is good and filter figure out there's black build up in the carb doing the rebuild as i speak
