1991 Chevy Blazer S-10 4x4, Digital Speedometer Problem
Mine had that exact same issue before I took it apart and repaired it. I removed the power supply board and reflowed the solder joints. If this is something up your ally I will post the info, otherwise send it away, or try your luck with a junkyard dash.
if you have electronic knowledge, I have very detailed instructions on how to desolder the power supply from the motherboard of the dash I could take some photos of on Monday.
For who ever wanted to know who the guy was from MN that exchanges boards here is his ebay link. 89-94 CHEVY S10 S-10 BLAZER DIGITAL CLUSTER REPAIR KIT | eBay
You have to contact him but he will sell you a fixed board and you just swap out the board and send him your old broken board back if you don't wan't to solder. I did this years ago now and my display works just fine still. I recomend this guy because he doesn't charge to much and he does good work.

Mine did the same thing. My speedometer and mileage would go out and if I hit the top of the dash they would come on for a second but dim back out.
I just took it to a dealer and they changed it out. It ran me like $200 so if you can do it the $100 way richphotos is talking about then go for it.
