You can check its operation by pushing on the plunger located at the end of the switch and measuring the continuity across the two pins on the switch with a multimeter.

Actually, that doesn't tie back into the TCCM at all, but rather, the antilock braking system.

still doesnt working tried with vise grips move the actuator on the diff nothing still
something is screwed inside the diff
selling blazer now
going back to my toyota 4runner with 390,000kms that works good lol

You could fix the problem rather than sell the vehicle... The vehicle would likely fetch a better selling price if the 4wd worked properly...
