1994.....4x4 fuse keeps blowing

Default 1994.....4x4 fuse keeps blowing
I have a 1994 s1o blazer with the 4.3 eningine. Problem is the 4x4 switch keeps blowing, the last time i put a fuse in it smoke came out of my gauge cluster!!!! HELP!!!!

Sounds like there is a dead short somewhere in the wiring harness. Inspect your wiring harness in and around the 4wd switch, the TCCM, and at the encoder motor on the transfer case.
