Default 1994 s10 Blazer CPI Vacuum Help

Me and my dad are trying to get his 94 Blazer back in shape and are currently trying to sort out the vacuum lines

All those open ends can't be right, any help getting these hooked up properly would be greatly appreciated.

On a '94, that line that you are holding in the first picture should run down to the evap canister located under the air box. It goes into one side of the 't' pictured in the second picture. The other side of that 't' should go to the branch/check-valve fitting on the side that is perpendicular to the other 4 outlets. From there, the two lines you have probably run to the HVAC and transfer case. One of the other two could possibly run to the cruise (if equiped) and the other is likely just supposed to be plugged.
