Ok, in my blazer i have the electronic switch on my dash to engage 4 hi or 4 lo.

tonight i went to a friends house and we got a good storm that got the driveway all muddy. im on street tires and stock height. i went from drive to neutral to engage 4 hi and the lights blinked, then turned off. I tested to see if all 4 wheels spin and they did, but once i got into the mud and i got stuck. i noticed i wasnt in 4 hi at all. i tried 4 lo, the switch wouldnt even respond. i turned off, turned on, everything. switched from park to drive to neutral and nothing..

i followed the manuals directions and no luck.

did i do something wrong?
