how do I keep the water pump pulley/fan still so I can remove the bolts on a 2.8?

 

put a box end wrench across the front and across 2 bolts or 1 bolt and the center, should be enough to loosen a bolt or 2 ( dont remove totally ) then loosen the other two. ( how i've done it )
