Was wondering if anyone knew how good a 88 jimmy full-size, 350 motor will fit into a 94 jimmy S-15 that had the 4.3 vortec in it. Just wondering cause I have a 350 I can get for cheap and that would save me from having to rush to get the 4.3 rebuilt. Any input is appriciated. Thanks

 

It'll fit. How easy or difficult depends on what you have now and how comfortable you are with swaps. Is your truck 4wd?

Kewl thanks man ill check that site out. Yes its 4wd and nothing is too difficult to get done ever since i put together a 2.8 pontiac **** motor after someone disassembled it completly lol. Love cleaning up others messes. Im kindof the go to man around here for finishing others uncompleted engine swaps. lol
