When was the last time the air filter was replaced? How does it look? Do you have proper fuel pressure (9-10psi)?

To test fuel pressure on a TBI motor, you need to install a 't' fitting on the feed (larger) line at the back of the TBI unit that will allow you to use a fuel pressure gauge. Most of the >$50 fuel pressure gauge kits comes with the 't' fitting in them or you can buy a fitting and a gauge together for less that you just leave installed.
