'89 Blazer Won't Start

Default '89 Blazer Won't Start

Well, when I went to start my blazer today it turns over-- but makes a winding noise and wont start. What do you suggest?

I suggest checking to ensure that you have fuel and spark first.

Thanks, And would a jump work for that? I know there is fuel in it.
