My Blazer starts and runs great until it gets warmed up a while...maybe 30 minutes of driving or so. After that any time I come to a stop or slow down to low speeds, I get no idle and it dies. I can avoid this by keeping the peddle down and the clutch engaged, but I am burning a ton of fuel doing this. I buddy suggested it may be the EGR valve as he said he had to replace this a couple times on his 94. Any thoughts would be appreciated!!!

 

I had the same problem with mine, also a 94. I took it off and cleaned it out real well. After re-installing the same it worked fine.
