Exclamation 91 Blazer engine got wet, now crank/no start

Alright so my engine got wet from the water hose, ran fine before, now it wont fire, the left side of the engine was the only side that got wet, it cranks hard and fast, but wont turn over.... =( I just got it yesterday so ANY help would be extremelly appreciated.. Its so upsetting

Where would you start? I took Silicone spray to attempt to dry the connectors but it would be awesome to know whats causing it.

So, is the engine turning over or not? Bit confused with this statement.

Anyways, pull the distributor cap of and clean up and water that got in there. Use a wire brush to clean up any corrosion. Pull the wire off your coil, dry, reinstall with a dab of dielectric grease, do the same to all wire on the distributor cap and plugs as well.
