I have a 91 S10 4.3 that wont stay running. It will start when I spray a little gas in the tbi but won't stay running unless I keep pumping the throttle. I changed the gas in it, put a new fuel filter on it and put a tune up kit in the tbi. Still does the same thing. Thanks for the help.

 

Sounds like low fuel pressure. check pressure,should be 10-13 psi. May end up being pump. If it is,PLEASE buy only ac delco or delphi brand parts..I learned my lesson.

there will be a larger shrader valve on the fuel lines goinig into rear of throttle body

 

Ok, I have fuel pressure but still wont run unless I pump the crap out of it.
Could injectors be bad? How can you tell? They squirt when its running and I am pumping it but that is all they dont squirt when Im not working the throttle.
HELP!!!

 

when the injector sprays is it in a cone form? if not then ud have dirty or bad injector.

 

FYI it was the little fuel line on the pump
