Hi guy I have a 91s10 driving along at night lights are on and all the sudden the lights went out and the truck shut off and will not start and my head lights and my horn dose not come on now and my fuel pump will not come on now so I'll been working on vehicles quite a long time now and never ran into a problem like this so I figure wonderful could be a short in the lights and the fuel pump wiring harness

 

If the truck just shut off, do any of the interior lights come on when you open the door?
If not, the truck is not getting power at all, and I would start by checking battery and alt, grounds, fuseable link ect.

 

It not the battery the truck cranks over I have interior lights turn signals and brake lights works the headlights and parking lights dose not work and the fuel pump don't run either

 

91 chevy s10 the fuel pump or the headlight wont work the only way they will work if i take a wire form the battery to the headlight socket and the fuel pump and the headlight will work
