I have a 92 blazer that won't start after sitting for about 20 minutes after it has been driven. When she runs she runs good, has a little "sputter" to her when you give it gas for pick up. The following has been replaced by myself:
Fuel pump, fuel filter, relays, ignition module, coil, spider and oil pressure sensor. I am at a loss, no vacuum leaks and has great oil pressure. Any ideas other than a stick of dynamite at this point would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Never heard of that. I am not sure when the mechanic changed the spider if he changed that or not. Next venture is checking the distributor and computer. It isn't throwing any codes. Complete tune up was done in January.

Does the oil smell like gas? I'm still leaning towards fuel leaking from the spider or nut kit. The distributor is unlikely to give you this problem, check it for play, if there isnt any then its ok. Same deal with computer. Like I said this is the EXACT symptom of leaking spider/nut kit. I have been threw this battle with my 94. Starts great in the morning when cold, restarts if only sat for less than a few min. But anything between 15 min to about 5 hours it would take FOREVER to start and would black smoke on start up. Oil smelled like gas. and had poor top end power and idle quality. My case was the fuel pressure regulator was leaking but a leak on the spider itself or the nut kit will cause the same thing.

Thank you for the advice on this. It ended up being the socket injector on the inside of the Plenum. Had the first mechanic done his job properly it would have been fixed months ago. She is now up and running great.
