92 W 4.3 problems again1
Ok, I tested the fuel pressure, it was up to 59, but bled down FAST, replaced the regulator, now it goes up to59, but slowly bleeds down to 45 lbs. Fuel pump is new, regulator is new. The truck tries to start, but wont. What am I missing? Do I nee to replace the "spider"?
Did you remove the spider to replace the FPR? If so, then you likely opened up a new leak at the internal fuel lines.
Remove the plenum again and inspect for leaks when you pressurize the fuel system. I am betting you now have a leak at the internal fuel lines.

Pulled it off again, no obvious leaks when I pressured up the system at first, then I noticed a wetness where one of the lines goes into the spider, o ring maybe? And 1 wire, the red one had been loose in the electrical connector on top of the spider. Is a new connector available, or should I solder it up?
