hi,i just want to start by thanking you for the help.i bought the injector kit and replaced it everything is great.it runs really good but the only problem i'm still having is o2 sensor code every time i clear it .it seems to come back but does not really effect performance.i don't know if it could be just dirty or burntout.for the most part its running sound.thanks again.

Glad you got it runnin' again. OBD1 codes aren't that much help, but what is the specific O2 code? If you only have one sensor, I would replace the sensor. But other possibilities for an O2 sensor code would be either a vacuum leak or an exhaust leak before the sensor.

the specfic o2 code reads 13.but its funny you say exhuast leak because i have a slight crack in the 'Y'pipe before the o2 sensor.i didn't know that an exhaust leak would make a difference but its something i will deffintly check into. thanks again

Yes, an exhaust leak can definitely skew the O2 readings, making the O2 sensor read lean due to the additional oxygen being allowed into the exhaust stream through the leak. I would fix the exhaust leak before replacing the O2 sensor in that case.
