94 Blazer makes bag sound at starting

I bought mine about 6-8 months ago. It worked well for a while until the transmission started to act up. We fixed it, but last night it started making a new noise.
Please listen to this short video and tell we what's wrong with it.

Sounds like an exhaust leak to me.
