'94 Does Not Want to Start

Default '94 Does Not Want to Start
i have a 94 s10 blazer. replaced fuel tank, sending unit, fuel pump,fuel filter, ecm, coil and still acts like no spark. also replaced some rotted fuel line. also at this time the gas gauge reads full when its not
