Anyone know where to find this code? I'm looking to purchase a new sending unit and understand that there are two possible sending units based on the code on the harness. Do I need to drop the tank to find it or could it be right on the connector? Any help would be appreciated.

Should be on the top of the fuel pump assembly. Yes, you need to drop the tank to get a look.

 

Thank you.....that's what I thought. Do you or anyone else know what the difference is between the two assemblies? From what I've seen from pics online they look exactly the same. I'm assuming the routing of the wires might be different on the underside of the assembly. And the shots I've seen are probably a default picture they use. Just wondering. Any feedback would be appreciated.
