Default ABS and Brake light on randomly

I have a 94 Blazer with 4x4, just bought it today. It has a problem with the brakes. The Brake light is on at all times. Also, randomly while driving the ABS light Will also turn on. When they are both on at the same time the brakes get really stiff and I have no brakes. If I let off the gas and let it coast when I see the ABS light turn on, The ABS light then goes out and I can brake again.

The MC has been replaced with a New one, and the brake pads are all new along with brake fluid.

Any info will help. I'm a decent shade tree mechanic, but I can learn to do anything. Thanks -Victor

pull the codes from the abs computer. heres a link on how to check the codes and then let me know what they are. ABS TROUBLE CODES - OBD1 & OBD1.5

if you want to be able to brake normally you can pull the abs fuse from the fuse box or dissconnect all the black and red wires from the abs block under the hood. but first pull the codes and right them down.

I have yet to pull the codes. I WIll pull them leter today and update this tread with them. But as of the moment. I pulled out the abs fuse. Vehicle wouldnt shift outta first gear nor would the speedometer work. Put the fuse back in and now it shifts and speedometer works. The brake light and abs light are not on now. Only time ABS light comes on is when i hit 40 miles an hour or higher. With the ABS and brake light on, i have no brakes. stiff as hell and dont function. Without the ABS and Brake light on, it drives like a brand new truck.

its under the dash below the steering wheel. sit in the driver seat. its in front of your right knee. black connecter about 1in thick 2 1/2 in wide. with two rows of pins.

oh wow didnt know pulling the abs fuse would do that. hmmm. try disconnecting everything at the abs block. its right by the driver side fender well. with a lot of brake lines going into it. see if that will let you brake normally. but do that after you get the codes or it will cause more codes to come up.
