Blazer Starting Issue

I'm having starting issues with my 1993 Blazer. It doesn't always wanna start at the turn of a key and acts like the battery is dead but isn't. I had the battery tested and is in perfect shape. What it does is, sometimes you try to start and it just goes "click click click" like the sound a vehicle makes when the battery is dead than will all of a sudden start. I've also had where you start it up, start to drive and all the power cuts out, radio shuts off, lights go out for like a half second than comes back on. Must be a connection problem of sorts, but any ideas where to start looking? or what else it may be?
Thanks for any help

Could be a problem with your battery cables. I would start at the battery and make sure that the connections are clean and tight.

i would check the ground cable. since its at the bottom of the vehicle it usually becomes rusted and doesnt make a good connection.
