Broken Timing Chain! Advice needed!

Its possible the old chain was stretched a bit also throwing the timing off

Maybe so, but not that much. I originally timed the engine after it was built two years ago. It wasn't far off at all...

Turns out the timing chain was installed two teeth off... She's running proper again!
