a/c compressor issue! help.
ok so i bought a 1994 chevy blazer off an elderly lady about 3 years ago her dead husband was a good well known mechanic, he took out the engine of the blazer and cleaned it up till it looked like new, i bought it for $500 in really nice shape and custom exhaust idk what else the mechanic did to this blazer because its so powerful i can even change gears while driving 45mph and nothing happends. u push on the gas and picks up speed really fast, almost like a v8 but its a v6, but wastes gas like a v8, since i had it i havent invested anything on it, like completely nothing not even a penny!, so a few months back the a/c went out it started like squeak on the compressor really loud, then i left it off for about 2 months then i decided to turn the a/c on and it still squeaks but this time the blazer starts to loose power till the engine shuts off.. i want to know what it is?

Sounds like the comp is locked up. Take the belt off and put power to the clutch and see if you can spin the pulley. While your at it you might want to think about putting a new belt on it. Do not turn the ac on again until its fixed or you will cause damage to the belt.
