check engine light flashing

Well, I put in 2 different 7747 ecu's (both 5.7 TBI, auto) with my 4.3 TBI prom and the CEL always flash's and still gives me a 51 code, So I guess i need to find a ecu with a prom for a 4.3 TBI, with auto.
