Default Cold start issue, crankshaft sensor?

picked up a 94 s10 blazer a couple weeks back, was told it had some 'cold start issues' however after purchase and test drive, this translated to not starting most of the time as I'm up in Whistler, BC and it's pretty bad weather. I first replaced the ignition coil which didn't solve the problem, then the spark plugs, cables and distributor cap and had a good clean up of everything. The car runs perfect when it does start however it's still having the not starting issue most of the time. The only idea I have left is the crankshaft sensor which I will replace tomorrow most likely, just wanted to check on here before dropping more cash on the part! Cheers for any feedback! Appreciate the help

edit: I don't think it's a fuel issue as the car was running perfectly on a sunny day last week, then after a car wash it immediately started spluttering and stalling.

I had the same issue! My blazer would run great once started but would take forever to start. Sometimes it wouldnt start at all! It turned out to be my fuel pressure regulator. Next time you go to start it, turn the key to the run position so the fuel pump cycles, then pull the air intake off of the throttle body and open the throttle body manually and see if you can smell a strong sent of gas.

Edit: Mine also had difficulty when wet or cold until I replaced the FPR
