Default Crankshaft Position Sensor

Is there a crank position sensor on a 94 Blazer VIN W? I cannot find one, but a lot of people have been telling me that it is causing the hard start issue.

According to my references, there is no CKP sensor on your truck. If there was, it would be located on the timing cover near the harmonic balancer.

Yeah, that's where they are on the 95's, but I don't have one. Do they just use to the pick-up coil then to know when to spark?

It would have a trigger under the cap in the distributor.
