The front brakes on my 1987 S 10 Blazer occasionally lock up when coming to a complete stop at low speed or almost a complete stop, this doesn't happen all the time. I replaced the meter or purportioning valve, front calipers, turned front rotors, rear drums and replaced pads and shoes. I then bled the brake lines as best I could, and I still have the low speed lock-up. anybody have any idea what is causing this. Thanks, Paul

your brake hose could be colapsing internally, you reused the old slide pins, or you didn't lubricate the slide pins enough.
