I have a 87 s10 blazer with a newer 90s s10 front end, I want to convert it back 2 the original grill. I was wondering is it just a straight swap?

 

yes and no. Hard to tell in that pic but does your headlights have a 1/2 inch gap under them?

If so all you need is the headlight bezels and grille.

If not the core support needs to be swapped out cause the newer ones moved the headlights up and the bezels won't line up in the holes.

 

yea my headlights do have a gap under them, i guess it time 4 junkyard hunting
