Default Fuel line access fitting

I have a 94 blazer with the 4.3 vortec. There is some sort of fitting, sort of like a schrader valve (not sure what the right term is) next to the ignition coil. Is there supposed to be a cap over that? It seeps fuel out of the top. I'm guessing that nothing I just mentioned is how things are supposed to be.
I haven't owned this blazer very long and don't much about it so all help is highly appreciated.

yea thats a fuel pressure test port. you could try tightening it with a valve stem tool for tires. you dont have to have a cap on it although there should be one there. i put in new fuel lines and that same shrader valve your talking about was leaking brand new. i took a valve stem tool and tightened it up a bit and stoped leaking. if tightening it up dont work try taking it out and cleaning it with carb cleaner and spray some inside the hole. take a que tip and go around the inside of it. and put it back in. are you sure its by the coil and not the distributer and brake booster behind the engine closest to the firewall? or are you talking about the air conditioning lines?

Sorry I meant distributer back by the firewall. I'll give all the steps you mentioned a shot. Thanks for all the help.
